Player 1, keyboard:
A/D -> move
Left Ctrl -> ready
hold Left Ctrl + A/D -> use item
Player 2 keyboard:
Left/Right Arrows -> move
Num Enter -> ready
hold Num Enter + Left/Right -> use item
Xbox gamepad:
Left/Right D-Pad -> move
A -> ready
hold A + Left/Right D-Pad -> ready
